Best dining experience for couples anniversary

I'm so mixed on this answer. California Grill timed with Wishes offers an amazing view and the servers definitely know how to play up a special event; however, I find their food to be hit or miss. Narcoosee's is another nice Wishes view meal and I've had consistently good food there, but nothing amazing either. On the flip side, the food at Flying Fish and Yachtsman is probably the best food I've had on Disney property. Now, if it's in the budget and you enjoy dressing up, V&A is the way to go.
