Best device for parks?

Looking for the best hand held cooling fan…or neck fan…one that helps with the August heat. A picture or link would be awesome. I’m from Canada and not used to the heat of Florida. My son had the Disney spray fan and I recall that working great.

I wouldn't bother wasting money.
If it works its probably bulky and most just don't do much and especially if they are wearable make you more hot.
My suggestion is wear a hat, stay hydrated, and walk by open doors to grab some cool breeze or just walk into gift shops etc.

I’ve used this one for a couple of years now, in conjunction with a UV umbrella (that part is critical, as the airflow from the fan doesn’t help much when you have the hot sun beating down on you). https://a.co/d/cySrOis
