We found some new favorites this past week during Festival of Holidays but they aren't available year round. Most of our favorite treats are over in DL, but we do love the sundaes at Ghirardelli's and a few of the treats at Trolley Treats.

The banana spilt from Ghirardelli. It's huge and good and easy to share between 2-3 people.

I liked the Ocean Beach Sundae at Gharardelli. It is very rich and I split mine with my daughter. I haven't had another since because it is filling and rich and I'd only get another to split with someone. I think it was $11.

Churros with the warm caramel dipping sauce at the Cozy Cone!

Many good options at Trolley Treats, with mostly identical inventory as the Main Street Candy Shop in DL. I love the thick cookies, Peanut Butter especially! I always bring a few home, along with a bag of the English Toffee!

I love going to Clarabelle's and creating my own ice cream bar. You can get an all chocolate (chocolate ice cream, coating and chips) or get a mix of vanilla or berry. Super yummy. You can also get that great chocolate dipped waffle cone and another dish called the Oswald - a huge helping of bananas, ice cream and all the other good stuff.

Whatever they're offering at Napa Rose, for sure. The churros at the Cozy Cone. Caramel Apples after watching them be made through the window.

I've never had a bad meal at CCR, but the desserts have been the least memorable thing of any meal. Not that they are bad, they were all good, just nothing stood out.
