We are thinking of buying into DVC. Does anyone know the best incentives through Disney right now? Or is it better to do resale?

when we go it is me, DH and 2 DS's. We have gone for atleast a week once a year for the last 6years. We have stayed at ASMO 1 time, CSR 3times, CBR 1 time and off site once. My DS's are now 5 and 9 and we would like to stay somwhere a little more spacious.

well I dont know then hehe. I think AKV is Awesome. But there are some good deals out there on the resale market to. But you have to factor in that you have to pass ROFR from Disney and it could take up to 3 months to get your points if you do a resale.
If you buy from Disney then your points are there immediately.

No sure when it will expire I would think it would be March 3 if you are a current member it 110 points to get that price if you are not it would be 160.
