Best deal at SSR now?

From past experiences with the other DVC resorts is this the best deal we'll probably see with SSR as far as buying into it? (The incentives?)

I can only speak for BCV. During the first couple months of the pre-sale they started out at $75 per point and gave you $5 off without having to sell back any points. Shortly after they raised the price to $80 per point and gave $10 MB. So basically the same price, but you had to sell back your first years worth of points.
