We will be going to Orlando the week of 2/22/09 (13 days :cool1: )

We want to do US one day and IOA one day....my schedule is Monday and Friday for these parks (and possibly a return Sat morning...we are open on that day to do our "favorite").

Would either of the parks be better on one or the other days? I tentatively have IOA on Monday and US on Friday but I can switch these if Friday is a "bad" day for US (etc.) We will probably not do all the water rides at IOA, and have a small child that will not meet the 52" requirement for the thrill rides (so I am assuming we will have less to do at IOA, although DS will be doing the thrill rides with one of us).

Also, I bought a 2 park-7 day ticket (although we will only be doing 2-3 days). Can we go to US after IOA if we finish early (in the same day).

Thanks for any input.

Going during the week should be fine at either park. The crowds will be a little heavier on Mondays and Fridays but not bad at all. The seven day tickets are for unlimited admission so yes...you can "park hop" as much as you want.

I think your child will enjoy Seuss Landing at IOA and the Wood Woodpecker Kids Zone as well as the Curious George play areas!

During Mardi Gras, the Studios will have heavier crowds towards the afternoons and depending on who's performing that night, the crowds could get get out of hand. If you're going in the morning, you should be fine but you will see an increase towards the late afternoons.
