Best Days to Visit Non Disney Parks

I will be in Orlando for 2 weeks, the last week of April and first week of May. I am trying to put together my 2 week itinerary and have slotted the Disney parks in as per Tour Guide Mike's reccomendations but now need to know the best days to visit Universal, IOA, Sea World, Busch Gardens, and the water parks.

Anyone have any advice?

We went to Universal on a Sunday(b4 Thanksgiving even) and it was very slow the 1st half of the day. I wouldnt go to any waterparks on the weekend.
