Best days to go IOA

My husband & I will be in Orlando 5/31-6/5. Want to go to IOA one day between Fri. 6/1-Mon 6/4. Can anyone advise which day would be least crowded? Also, do they ever open the park before the posted time? Advice greatly appreciated!

IOA is the busiest on Saturdays. We went there in the morning and saw alot with the express pass. But by 12pm it was packed, we hoped over to US and it was empty only 5-15 minutes wait for anything. On Monday we went back and it was much less crowded at IOA but a little busier at US in the PM.
