Best Days - Seaworld & Busch Gardens

We are planning to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando at Seaworld in August with DS4 and DD2. My plan is to visit BG Thursday and SW Saturday because I hope the Sesame Safari area will be less crowded on Thursday.

Any thoughts as to which park should be visited on a weekday?

Weekends tend to have more local crowds. So i'd assume longer wait times and earlier line ups on saturday.

I'd stick with sea world on saturday over Busch Gardens.

We were at Sea World yesterday and it was PACKED! Seemed to be a lot of Middle school class trips". We were at BG Monday...it was a good day for it. Got a little busy mid afternoon but there was never a wait time for rides.

RainbowsMist: Did you ride any of the roller coasters? I was just wondering if they have any test seats out front or if the coasters have the modified seating for us shamu-sized people who love coasters?

DH and the kids rode all the coasters. The only test seat I noticed was in front of Manta. Doesn't mean there weren't anymore though...sorry.

If you're going to be doing the coasters at Busch Gardens then I would do Busch Gardens on a weekday and leave Sea World for a Saturday since Sea World has more shows than rides.If you're not going to ride the major rides at Busch Gardens then you might be better off going to Sea World on Thursday and Busch Gardens on Saturday.
