Best days of the week to call MS

Hi all, I need to modify an existing reservation I have to drop a day off. This is making me incredibly nervous, as it's during a fully booked time (Thanksgiving), and even though I've read on here that MS should be able to modify an existing reservation without canceling and rebooking, I've also read plenty of reports where MS made a mistake in the transaction and lost the whole reservation....

I was wondering if it's safe to assume that MS is seniority based, sort of like an airline, and that the most senior members get the best schedule (like M-F) while the newbies get stuck working weekends and holidays. This may be completely off base, but figured this is the place with that kind of knowledge!

Today is Sunday, and a CM was able to change the points used for a HHI reservation during the 4th of July period. I do not recall reading here about anyone who lost a reservation when it was being modified by a day. Years ago, I lost a reservation that was being changed from BWV to VB. The last VB room was taken in the time my BWV's reservation was cancelled. Eventually, even that was handled, 2 days before checkin!

I called today too, my MS person was AWESOME, I've been able to see all the changes in my account and they were correct, no worries. Thanks!
