Best days for SW and Aquatica?

We are headed to Orlando next week (week of April 8th). We've never been to Orlando during Spring Break, so a tad concerned about crowds.

We already have Discovery Cove tix for Wednesday. But, what are best days for Sea World and Aquatica? Mon, Tue and Thurs are all free.

Also, is QQ worth it in your opinion?

This is our first trip to SW and Aquatica, so I feel a little lost!

I don't really have advice as to what day is best. We went last week during spring break. I've been to Sea World before but was not prepared for the crowds.

For every show, we had to be there 30 mins before the show started. All the stadiums filled up. We only saw dolphins, shamu, and pets ahoy. I got in line 1 hour ahead of time for my kids to feed the dolphins and was in the middle of our group. The waits just to see sharks and walk through Artic were 30 min. Even had a 20 min wait for lunch. So be prepared to prioritize.

Quick Queue is a godsend during high crowd periods ::yes:: .

We were there Christmas week. At one point on Christmas Day, the Skytower had a 60 minute posted wait time. We walked on with QQ. Manta had a 50 minute wait time, and my boys were on in less than 10.

QQ is accepted on Manta and Kraken (both are rollercoasters), Journey to Atlantis (a water/flume ride), Wild Arctic (motion simulator), Skytower (revolving "room" giving you a birds eye view of the park) and Turtle Trek (the new 3D attraction). If these SW features are of interest and something you would like to do, QQ will certainly cut your wait times down (meaning more time to squeeze in more shows or animal feedings or exhibits :thumbsup2).

Also....definitely plan on arriving early. Before park opening is always best. Its amazing how much you can get done in the first hour or so of the day.

Don't worry about huge crowds. The big spring break rush ends this Sunday as the majority of the country goes back to school. It may be a little more crowded than normal that week but nothing like this week or last.

Monday is always the slowest day of the week crowd wise. Followed by Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. With Saturday and Sunday being the busiest.

I'd do Seaworld Monday since its a larger park. And Aquatica Tuesday.

Many thanks, you guys. I have long relied on these forums--and have always gotten great advice! Keep it coming!
