Best Days for Parks

What's the current best thinking on which days to avoid/ visit each of the parks?

I think it would depend on what time of the year you are going? I seem to find that going on off seasons, it doesn't make much difference during the week, as most places are not very crowded, but the weekends are busier with people coming in just for the weekend...

When I planned out our last trip (just a few weeks ago) each day we avoided whatever park had early entry since I knew we'd never make it. Everything I'd read said only go to an ee park if you get there for the opening. Also, we avoided MK on Saturday since I'd read it's very crowded. We went to MK on Friday since I'd read that it's one of the lighter days and it wasn't too bad. Hope this helps, have a fun trip.

We were there first week of May for our 4th trip and this was the most crowded ever for us. I would avoid the EE days which took us 3 days to figure out. The day after MK EE the park was empty and most enjoyable. Only problem was Splash Mt fast passes gone early on but record breaking heat made that understandable.

I'm really curious about the MK crowds on Mondays since EE is on Sundays--the conflicting info says that a park should be less crowded on the day after EE, but that Mondays have historically been more crowded in the MK because many visitors travel on the weekends and make MK their first full-day park. Which is it?? Or do these 2 factors just even out the crowd level?

I'm bumping this up 'cause I'd love to get more opinions on MK for Monday also... We changed our plans recently from Sunday at MK to Monday to avoid the EMH day. We're staying offsite and thus cannot take advantage. We're planning on maybe Thursday as the second day at MK that week (first week of June).... what do you all think?
