Best Days for Each Kingdom?

Is there one day that's better to go to a certain park on? I'm sure there must be some sort of schedule of which days are best to hit certain parks? TIA!

The busiest days at each park tend to be the Extra Magic Hour days. If you are not staying on site and/or don't plan to park hop when the crowds show up, you should definitely avoid these days.

This extra hour in the park is a perk for resort guests and the schedule is as follows:

Magic Kingdom - Sunday and Thursday
Animal Kingdom - Monday and Friday
MGM Studios - Tuesday and Saturday
Epcot - Wednesday

Additionally, the Magic Kingdom seems to be busier overall on the weekends.
