Best Day to book Travel

Anyone know if airlines have cheaper days to book? and I know SW usually send out special.. does anyone know what days they are usually sent out?

A coworker of mine said Tuesdays after 4:00 was the best time to book.

Is that just for Southwest or all airlines?
