Best day of week to call MS?

Hi all

Made our first call to MS today and set up several things BUT, the points for Tanque Verde Ranch for November are not in the system yet :-( MS does not know when they will be, but she suggested I call weekly to check.

Is there a certain day of the week that tends to be easier to get through to MS? I imagine today was particularly bad due to the holiday and the fact it's a Monday. We're on the west coast....so calling first thing in the morning is not REALLY and option, as I am still not quite human at 6 am our time. Anyhow, has anyone found a day of the week easiest to get through?

Not sure what the "best" day is but Monday, especially Monday morning, is always the worst.

Usually, there isn't much of a wait to get through. January-February tend to be a little busy because people are booking for the upcoming year and Christmas. Things should be calming down now.

Another vote against Monday mornings without a doubt a very difficult task.
I have never really experienced any long times on hold in the early afternoon - 2pm - 3pm. I guess eveyone needs to make sure the get that ressie at the earliest possible moment.
The only time I call first thing for is a GV and did I ever wait on Monday morning for that one.

Was just too excited this morning and couldn't wait until tomorrow!
