Best day for Water Park?

We're headed to Disneyworld Late September. Tuesday Sep 22-Tues Sept 29. The crowd calendars cover the 4 main parks, and I plan to avoid crowds as much as possible. But what about the water parks? What would be the optimal day to take a trip to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach?

September is usually a good time as most of the kids are back in school. As for day of the week, it is a crapshoot. I would say Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday since they are mid-week, and Friday starts the weekend for some people.
