Which day is best for MK, Thurs, Fri, or Sat

Thursday is EE at MK, so if you plan to do EE that would be the day to go. If you aren't doing EE, avoid MK on Thursday.

If you aren't doing EE, the day after an EE day is the best time to go, so you should go on Friday.

Saturday is busy at MK no matter what!
