We just booked out Disney Vacation for Jan 30-Feb 6 with the buy 5 get 2 at ASMU family suites! :cool1:

I made (after over an hour of trying to get through...) our ADRs last night. We have Boma 2x for dinner, CRT, Tuskerhouse, and Chef Mickey's for breakfast, and Cape May for the clam bake. I kind of want to swtich out the clambake for something else! I am not sure how long my almost four year old will sit for dinner...but we would like something nice. :goodvibes

I'm also looking for some great CS meals! Last trip we stayed at POR and LOVED the CS there so we ate there everyday. We are vegetarians...so I particularly enjoyed the build your own salad there.

So...please help us choose some counter service meals in the World! We are sooo excited for this!

This site has been a hge help in my planning~so TY to all you DIS experts.:flower3:

We love Columbia Harbour House at MK. I'm not a vegetarian but they have a great hummus, tomato and cole slaw sandwich. It has a very pretty dining room, too.

thread currently just above this on vegetarian counter services. Some of the ones I'm familiar with:

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons beet salad, roasted vegetable cuban sandwich and vegetarian Asian offerings, Tangierine Cafe has a vegetarian platter.

MK - Columbia Harbor House has the hummus sandwich and veggie chili

DHS - Backlot Express has a roasted vegetable sandwich also. The one at Sunshine Seasons is better in my opinion.

There are numerous places with veggie burgers, cheese pizzas and salads. For example, I had the Mediterranean Salad at Pinocchio Haus for lunch twice this summer. It comes with chicken but the chicken doesn't add that much and you can ask for it to be left off. It was enough to fill me up. The roasted red peppers added a little additional flavor that I liked.

WGP Express in DTD is an excellent choice for CS! Although I am not a vegetarian, I often choose to eat vegetarian meals. Some of the meals I love at WGP Express are the Spinach Salad (with granny smith apples, gorgonzola cheese, carmelized pecans and sherry vinaigrette), Butternut Squash Soup (so yum!), Mediterranean Vegetable Focaccia Melt served with organic mixed baby greens (this is my go-to meal) and the roasted vegetable pizza or four cheese pesto pizza. They also have a Baked Four Cheese Macaroni and a Spaghetti with Tomato, Basil and Garlic, but I have not tried their vegetarian pastas yet. Anyway, as you can see, there are lots of vegetarian choices here and it is worth a stop.

MK - Main Street bakery has a nice Tomato and mozzarella sandwich.

Epcot - I am not a vegetarian but really liked the roasted beet and goat cheese salad at sunshine seasons. They also have a really nice grilled Tuna salad (Not sure if you eat fish since you mentioned you may be doing the clambake)

Epcot - Tangerine Cafe in Morocco - They have Hummus, Lentil Salad, Couscous salad etcc. as well as falafel.

Epcot – Norway has a salmon item in the bakery that is popular.

We love El Pirata y el Perrico in MK. They have great Taco Salad that you could get without the meat. The fixins bar is really nice. They also have cheese quesadillas, spanish rice, and black beans (though I am not sure if these are completely vegetarian).
