Best CS or sit down (not buffet) breakfast?

What's your favorite counter service or TS (non buffet) breakfast spot? Is the tonga toast at captain cooks compareable to kona's?

For TS we like Olivia's, Kona & GF Cafe.

For CS we like WPE.

I know not may mention or care for Olivia's, but they had an excellent non-buffet breakfast and it was reasonably priced. Olivia's potatoes are great!
