I'm curious to see which of these options is considered the best counter service, there will be 2 options from each park

We don't really do counter service at WDW, but CHH is good stuff.

ABC Comissary was the WORST meal we had at WDW last week, or actually in all my visits to the parks.

Of the 4 I have been to on your list (Pecos Bills, Columbia Harbor House, Epcot's Land food court and Tusker House) I like Pecos Bills the best. I like the chicken wrap, the burger with all the fixins and the salad- all are great! Tusker house would be a close second- nice ambience and a lot of food!
