Can anyone recommend counter service places to eat?

Pizza Outpost, Fuente del Or and Cowboy Cookout are three of our favourites

Our fav is the Cowboy Cookout - for a fast lunchtime snack its fills the hole

Its especially nice in the winter, with its real fire and band playing but equally as nice in the sun as you can sit outside and watch the world go by.

Cowboy Cookout is our fave, if you go at about 11.30 or 2.30 then it is nice and quiet and you can seat back and enjoy chicken and Rib! I think it is actually the main reaso roy loves dlrp

Cowboy Cookout is in Frontierland near the Chapparal Theatre. I have to agree that it was the only counter service place where we were served quickly with a smile (!!!!). The food was the same fast food thats available all over the park, but it was so nice to have it served quickly and it was fresh and hot

Also, theres so much seating that it is more relaxed than other places.

im a fan of toad hall - good, fast, satisfying food at decent prices, and i like that you have the option of sitting inside or outside!

i also really liked hakuna matata...is this place ever open anymore??

plus, you can't beat videopolis for burgers and a place to watch the lion king.

i like cowboy cookout...however in may we were served by a very rude man who kept us waiting for 20 mins, got our order wrong 3 times and didnt even apologise. i wish i had put in a complaint. apart from this, ive never had a bad meal in there - i loved their baked potatoes with chilli and cheese...dont think you get them anymore though

I don't tend to do counter service much anymore, but these are my favorites in the following order:

1. Fuente del Oro - Mixed platter, chicken fajitas and churros!!!
2. Cowboy Cookout - BBQ Ribs, Chicken and Chilli!
3. Casey's Corner - Cheese Hotdogs
4. Bella Notte - Pasta, lasagna and pizza. Shame they no longer do the wonderful Carbonara they used to do.
5. The Guafre stands with chocolate - yum, yum

Can highly recommend Bella Notte - great food (actually served HOT!! - which can be a bit of a novelty at DLRP) , great service, and character meeting points outside which seem to be used quite often.
