Hi all....made all my ADRs..
now trying to decide which counter service restaurants to try out during our upcoming disney trip...

Any suggestions?? favorites etc

My favorite in all of the parks is Tangierine Cafe at Morocco.

Others that we have enjoyed:

Columbia Harbor House at MK
Flame Tree BBQ at AK
Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich at DTD
Sunshine Seasons at Epcot (I don't think the food is great but the selection is)

Yakitori House or the Fish and Chips place in EPCOT are a toss up for my favs.
Pecos Bill for MK. None at DHS or AK. We don't eat at those parks. However, we will go over to AKL at eat at Mara if we're at AK for the day.

I pretty much agree with this, too, but I'd add Starring Rolls as the "most acceptable" :rolleyes1 at the Studios, even though the seating is limited and it's not open at dinnertime. :)

I have yet to find a good one at HS, so I'm looking forward to getting suggestions here! I really like Flame Tree BBQ at AK and Fish and Chips in England. Peco Bills in MK is always good for something different. Let us know what you find!

Cosmic Rays @ MK
ABC Commissary at DHS (I love the selection of food)

Those are my two all time favorites to go to. My favorite place to get a snack is at Main Street Bakery! They have cinnamon rolls to die for! I get one every trip and wish I could take all the snacks home with me!

El Pirata y el Perico when it's open...pirate:

Burritos, Taco Salad, Tacos and Quesadillas for the kids. They also have a toppings bar with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and salsa

Flame Tree BBQ in AK
Cosmic Rays or Columbia Harbour House in MK
In Epcot I like to eat a small lunch of ham & cheese croissant and dessert at the bakery in France so that I have plenty of room for other tasty treats as I travel around the world showcase.

Golden Oak Outpost--MK--Across from Peco's Bill's--between POC and Splash. Super yummy chicken sandwiches and flatbread. One of the best CS meals we had.

Wolgang Puck's Express is, by far, the best counter service option available anywhere in Walt Disney World. Nothing else comes remotely close to this place. You get real plates, silverware, and glasses. A server actually brings out your food and dessert. But it is actually counter service. Weird, I know. And they don't use the standard desserts (chocolate cake, carrot cake, cheese cake).

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot is also really great, because of the large variety.

At Magic Kingdom, we like Columbia Harbor House, Cosmic Ray's, and the Main Street Bakery.

At Animal Kingdom, Flametree Barbeque is passable, and Yak & Yeti's counter service is good if you can find somewhere inside to eat (too hot outside!).

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the only decent counter service I have found is at Starring Rolls. They have great sandwiches, and the desserts are made by the Brown Derby kitchen.

Agree with all of the Wolfgang Puck Express comments, that place is delicious!!

As for the parks, there are a few that we can always count on being reliable:

MK: Cosmic Rays (LOVE the rotisserie chicken meal!), Pecos Bills (deluxe cheeseburger is awesome)

EPCOT: Sunshine Seasons (great selection, good chinese)

DHS: Backlot Express (kind of the best of the worst.. good sandwiches)

AK: Flame Tree BBQ (YUM!!)

Would definitely agree with Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD. Almost like having a table service. Nice fresh food and excellent value if you're on the dining plan. Earl of Sandwich also very good. Not as good value on dining plan however. Would agree with others regarding Pecos Bills and Sunshine Seasons. Both good choices

Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney Marketplace.

Contempo Cafe at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Gasparilla's Grill & Games at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe at the Magic Kingdom.

Confirming what others have already said:

Columbia Harbor House at MK (Fish and Chips! - Fantastic! :thumbsup2)

Flame Tree BBQ at AK (Ribs!)

1) Yorkshire County Fish Shop at Epcot
2) Flame Tree BBQ at AK
3) Columbia Harbor House at Magic
4) Pepper Market at Coronado Springs Resort

Epcot - Tangierine Cafe

MK - Columbia Harbour House

DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express

Columbia Harbour House at MK is awesome! We also love the Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney! The kids, DD10 and DD8, love Toy Story Pizza Planet at Hollywood Studios!(food is o.k. but they love the atmosphere).

DHS - sadly, nothing

Pretty accurate, except I will say that the Chicken Curry Bowl at the ABC Comm is just about the single best CS item that I have had in all of WDW. The rest of the menu is abysmal, but that one dish alone would make me go back.
