Best Counter Service Restaurants in Magic Kingdom

What are the best counter service restaurants in Magic Kingdom for lunch and dinner? I am looking for eateries that provides good food and with a bit more variety than the standard hamburger and chicken nugget fare. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Our group likes Columbia Harbor House over by the Haunted Mansion. Lots of healthy options, as well as not so healthy!

Pinocchio Village Haus over by Small World used to be pretty good, but, if I recalls, the menu's changed. But they used to have some pretty good Italian-style sandwiches and salads.

Columbia Harbor House is awesome if you want to avoid the typical hockey puck burgers at Disney counter service.

Cosmic Rays is our #1 choice. They have great burgers and a variety of other stuff too. Plus, you get Sonny Eclipse to entertain you while you eat. What could be better?

Yup, we loved cosmic rays. Nice place to sit and listen to the little alien guy crack corny jokes. Great food too!!! We also love Pecos Bills, but it IS burgers, but they have a lovely buffet spread for topings. Loves me the toppings.
We've also ate at Casey's Corner, mainly Hotdogs, great location, great seats outside, food is decent.
Those are our fav thus far. Hoping to try some new places this year as well.

Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bills are our favorites. Yes they have burgers, but they have other stuff as well.

Cosmic Rays have a rib/chicken combo meal with mashed potatoes and veggies.........mmmm mmmmm
And Pecos have a taco salad that is great. You add all the extra toppings you want from the bar.

Here's another vote for Columbia Harbour House. It's not only my favorite counter service restaurant in the Magic Kingdom, but my favorite in all four theme parks. The sandwiches are unusual for Disney counter service food fare and of extremely high quality. It is also one of the only places on property that serves a fried shrimp basket, which has been quite popular in recent months.

We enjoy Columbia Harbour House and Pecos Bill. Loved the fried shrimp at CHH and DH liked the BLT Salad, he's not a seafood lover.

Columbia Harbor House is my favorite CS, but we did have a pretty good meal at Cosmic Ray's on our latest trip.

Another for Columbia Harbor House, we love the lighter fare there its a nice change of pace from the burgers and such.

Also- I have never been able to the taco place near POTC but I have heard its great....IF you can be there when its open!!

CHH! One of my favorites places to eat at Disney!

No burgers there either - Fried Fish, Chicken Nuggets, Tuna Sandwich, Hummus and Broccoli Slaw Sandwich, Fried Shrimp, Clam Chowder, and vegetarian chili I think. There's also some sort of salad and a few dessert options.

The taco salad at either Pecos Bills or El Pirata is super! Great treat on a hot day. Same kitchen, and you can put on whatever lettuce, tomatoes etc from the topping bar!

We like Cosmic Ray's and Pinnochio's.

For dinner, the Noodle Station is sometimes open which has great food!
