Best counter service meal to split (2 adult)

What about the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs? I see that there's a ribeye steak on the menu (with veggie and potato) for $18.95. Is that big enough to share? Dh would be thrilled! We've never toured any of the moderate hotels before, so we'd like to try that on this trip, while eating in their food courts.

A little off topic........but I see that the Pepper Market works a bit differently, in that you're escorted to your table and a 10% tip is automatically included on the bill. Will one counter service credit cover this tip too?

Pepper Market is a great choice for splitting a meal. They portions there are very large. I just posted some pictures from there over on the food porn thread

Yes, your total bill, including tip is covered by the Dining Plan. BUT, we do give the lady that serves us a few extra $$$s there!

I agree with Pecos Bills and Cosmic Rays at Magic Kingdom and Flame Tree at AK. I can not recall the name but the CS by the Star Tours at MGM also has huge meals and there are several CS at Epcot you can split. The only breakfast that I think would be big enough to split for two adults is at Tusjer House in AK. The advantage is they do not have kids meals there for Breakfast so you can order two adult meals and have plenty to split if you also have a child.

Thanks everyone! You've gotten me even more excited about our trip (and I didn't think that was even possible!

Has anyone tried sharing a meal at Old Port Royale at Caribbean Beach Resort? I'm wondering if the portions are large there or not.

Keep the ideas coming!! Thanks so much!! :sunny: :sunny:

We split the king Creole Breakfast every morning. (Bacon, eggs, potatoes, roll) At Seasons at the land in Epcot we split the black forrest sandwich (huge) I got the soup and He got the dessert. At Tusker house we split the turkey wrap and cheese cake, I had the soup.
But it might be more money for the meal to do poptarts and your own lunch cs. Since breakfast was $5.99 plus a drink, and more lunches cost more than that plus a side, dessert and a drink. Maybe have lunch early at 11?
