Best Counter Service at MK??

I like Columbia Harbor House. They have good sandwiches and salads. Also, they have a big dining area upstairs. I've also been to Cosmic Ray's. It's okay, not great, but it will do.

We vote for Columbia Harbor House. Kids like the chicken strips, I love the tuna sandwiches and DH likes the hummus sandwiches. Really good chocolate cake too.

Here'a another vote for the Columbia Harbor House. I loved the selection because it was different. I am not sure if young children would enjoy it, although I do think they have chicken fingers. My second choice would be Pecos Bill's.

Did you last eat there before or after the menu change? Because I just ate there a couple months ago, had the antipasto salad, and it's one of my favorites. I also like Pecos Bill's salad.

Columbia Harbour House is our favorite. :)

Columbia Harbor House is our favorite. Those Tuna Sandwiches are great! The bread is so good. Great on a hot day, and a nice break from Chicken strips and fries and burgers.

There's a fruit stand in Liberty Square with nice containers of watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, etc. I've tried all the others, and this is the only place I can recommend. Our lunch at Columbia Harbour House was horrifying. DS's (7) comment? "I'm glad you said I didn't have to eat this, Mom, because it looks GROSS!" That was about the nuclear orange macaroni and cheese that looked slightly regurgitated because it was a mushy ice-cream scoop mass.

As far as counter service goes, I like Pecos Bills burger bar........hot mushrooms and onions for a burger are awesome. If you are looking for more of a meal, Cosmic Ray's has a pretty good chicken/rib combo. The combo actually can feed two people easily. Then you also have Casey's Hot Dogs..........I am a huge fan of these, especially with their spicy relish - yum, yum, yum!!!

I would recommend saving room for a Dole Whip Float after your meal though!!!!:cool1::thumbsup2

Columbia Harbour House here too. I ditto the poster who said it's a nice change to burgers and fries. The multi-grain bread the tuna is served on is very good too. Also, try the apple pie - it was very good.

even though I wanted to, because dh and the kids really liked Cosmic Ray's and wanted to go back a 2nd time. The entertainment there is fun, and I had roasted chicken, mashed potatoes & green beans, which was pretty darn good for counter service.

We have never tried CHH, but from everything being said here I may have to make a point to visit on our next trip. The tuna sounds like it would be good.

:thumbsup2

Here's another vote for CHH. My kids love the fish an chicken. Wife loves the sandwiches and salads. I dig the location. Doesn't matter to me where they want to eat as long as I'm at WDW. :dancer:
