best Christmas decorations?

We were driving home the other night and on a neighbours roof top he had written in those tube lights " SANTA STOP HERE!" With a big target. LOL
It really struck me as funny! he had to put a lot of work into getting that up there and its not like you could see it from the neighbourhood or anything. Just the main road.

So what are the best decorations youve seen this year?

LOL - This is our first year in a house together. We decorated the outside bushes in lights, then got up on the ladder and strung lights along the frame of the house. We have 2 lighted deer in the front too. I did see a snowman that I want that lights up and waves to you.
