Best choice for manual wc rental?

I am looking at the recommended we endorses and I am getting confused.My mom is ambulatory but has some foot issues as well as extensive back issues. I see a few options, transport wc. Vs traditional wc. Any recommendations?

Personally, I'd go for a wheelchair over a transport chair. The small wheels of a transport chair mean that it is impossible for the seated person to self propel, or even turn the chair while seated. The smaller wheels also make negotiating uneven terrain more difficult and results in a bumpier ride. If your mother has back issues, a smoother ride may be highly desirable.
