Hi All,

It's been 5 years since I went to Disneyworld. I LOVED Disney, and I am so excited to get the chance to go back. I do, however, remember as a whole not being very impressed with the food (but maybe we did too much counter service). Anyway, I don't eat meat, but love almost any chicken dish. Is there a really good place to get a grilled chicken breast? Also, I love Italian, is there good pasta places?

Thanks,
Lisa

I'm not such a big fan of red meat. I'm also a big chicken eater like you... a chickatarian as I tell my kids. If you are okay with counter service, you can get rotisserie chicken at Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe in Magic Kingdom.
In Epcot, you will find lots of choices at Sunshine Seasons in the Land. Or head on World Showcase for Shwarma Chicken at Tangeriene Cafe in Morocco or pizza at Via Napoli.
Then there is my favorite place to eat in WDW, Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney. I usually opt for pasta, but they also have great salads too.

My wife got the Coconut Almond Chicken at Kona Cafe and loved it. I tried a couple of bites and agreed that it was delicious. I'd highly recommend that.

Um, say what? Do you mean you don't eat red meat? Last time I checked, chicken wasn't a vegetable...:rotfl:

Anyway, I *loved* the tanglewood chicken at Jiko! Mmmm...wish I was having that for dinner instead of leftover pizza!

My boyfriend is a vegetarian. He really enjoyed the vegetable pasta at Le Cellier, the vegetarian options at Jiko (this changes rather frequently), and the Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe.

He didn't much care for the mushroom pasta at Akershus (though he's not big on mushrooms to begin with).

Whatever chicken dish they have at Citricos is sure to be amazing.
I had this one last November - probably the best chicken I've ever eaten!

The best chicken I've had at Disney is the macadamia-crusted chicken at Wolfgang Puck Cafe in Downtown Disney. My favorite non-meat dishes are the pumpkin ravioli, also at Wolfgang Puck Cafe, the vegetarian trio at Jiko, and pizza at Via Napoli.

I'm actually not a huge chicken eater...not really a big meat eater at all, but the tandoori chicken at Sanaa is one of the best things ever.

The Island Chicken Sandwich at Kona Cafe (lunch menu only) is really, really good!

Coconut Almond Chicken, just the name sounds delish! We've only had breakfast at Kona, I guess now I have a reason to go back for dinner. Thanks :)

Il Mulino has the most amazing pasta dishes.

I had a great chicken and pasta dish at Citricos, it was unbelievable
