Best cheese plate?

That's because Michelin hasn't done a Red Guide for Florida, as far as I know. I've dined at lots of 1- and 2-star places in the U.S. (LA, SF and NYC) and one 3-star (Jean Georges in NYC). I think Victoria & Albert's is certainly equal to or better than the 2-star places I've experienced. But since this thread is about cheese plates, I do think V&A could up the ante.

My favorite Disney cheese plate is at Napa Rose at Disneyland.

I just recently saw a picture of the cheese plate from Napa Rose and I think that's what V&A should start shooting for, but that's just me since I'm a greedy cheese eater.

We're lined up for our very first 3-star in May ... going to The Mansion - Joel Robuchon - we can't wait!

And now ... back to the great cheese plate debate!

My best friend just ate at The Mansion and she said it was amazing.

One of my favorite things to do at Disneyland is to go to the bar at Napa Rose and have the cheese plate along with a glass of Sauternes or port. The cheeses don't tend to be particularly rare or "challenging", but the plating and accompaniments are outstanding...certainly better than anywhere in WDW.
