Best Character Breakfasts in MK and Epcot?

Looking for a character breakfast in either MK or Epcot. Which would you choose in each?

MK: Crystal Palace
EP: walk to BC and eat at Cape May Cafe

In Magic Kingdom, Crystal Palace comes to mind, In Epcot Garden Grill in both the breakfast is good and in GG you will see the characters 2 to 3 times before your done.

MK is either Crystal Palace or CRT.
Epcot is either Akershus or garden grill.
