Best chance for ADR on NYE at EPCOT?

I am going to try for Rose and Crown at 11pm, I'm thinking of Nine Dragons at 8pm is more realistic. Any suggestions?

Epcot is packed on NYE. I would think most ADRs run late, the later in the evening it gets. I probably wouldn't make a dinner ressie after 9:30, just to be sure I wasn't still at dinner when midnight came.
