Please let me know if you had a great cat. 9 rooms or anything special you know. We have never been on a cruise and are really excited. Thanks

We have Cabins 2530 & 2532(cat.9) booked for November. These are the reasons we chose them!
1. Deck 1 is better than Deck 2...less noisey and has a large round porthole as opposed to 2 small portholes.
2. On starboard side because we prefer to face CC rather than the port!
3. If you look on Dave's site...www.dcltribute.com under noisey rooms on deck 2, these are considered Not to be noisey!
4. I like the location in regards to elevators and ship!

If you prefer the the single, large round window, then Deck 2 is better than Deck 1.

We had 2060 on our recent cruise - our first cruise of any type. We really liked it. Room 2060 is midship, just below the atrium and guest services so there isn't any lounge or restaurant directly above. It is also close to the elevators (get off mid ship elevators - turn left to corridor, turn left in corridor and the second door on the right - easy access to deck three!!) My daughter - 6 year old - love the large porthole - she would actually sit in it and look out. This is 2060 is on port side so at Castaway Cay we were looking out onto the island.

We had stateroom 2114 on our Dec 2004 cruise. It is on deck 2 and very close to the elevators.

When at CC you could see the guests get off the ship, the christmas tree and snow machines were great to look at, especially when you get up in the morning.

We didn't have any problems with noise, and with the room being on deck 2, it was a great way to burn off te extra calories.....we used the stairs very often

THe best cat 9 rooms are on the Magic (because you're on the ship for 7 nights::yes:: ) the second best ones are on the Wonder;)
