Flame Tree. It's the only CS in any park that I make a point of going to on any trip.

For counter service, I agree with the other posters and recommend Flame Tree Barbecue. If you're looking for a casual table service location in the Animal Kingdom, my favorite is Yak & Yeti.

Yak and Yeti...... loved the bar. We had ressies, got there early and sat at the bar for awhile. Ended up eating there instead.
