Best Buy Online - Not!

Gotta love Best Buy. Send emails that promote sale going on now. Problem: takes multiple attempts to add items and then keeps "timing out" so that you can't complete purchase. Looks like they aren't ready for heavy traffic via the website.

not all of their ad went live. Trust me, I stayed up until 3am CST and the Leap Pads that are in their ad never went live. The button still says "Coming soon" instead of "add to cart". Even now, it is not live. UGH!

I have failed all day to get BF deals, they say sold out in about 5 different stores.

I am somewhat confused s to whether more will be available online, when the brick and mortar stores open?

I called Best Buy customer service and they say that they are out of stock of the Leappads.? I know Ive watched them since midnight and havent seen them become available. Then again, they guy didnt even know who he was working for when he answered the phone, and when I asked for a supervisor he told me he hadnt seen him for over an hour? I purchased a Wii from them last night and it was a nightmare.

I was able to order the Garmin GPS on Bestbuy's website with no issue. It was the sale advertised price and free shipping.

I guess I've been lucky but I've had no issues - placed an order on the Silver rewards member day and today both with BF prices

One suggestion - I've heard there was an issue with Google Chrome browser - I used Safari....

I had no trouble ordering one of the cheap laptops this morning, but a few hours later I got an email that it was backordered. Now I'm wondering if I should try to get one at Walmart in store or online as a backup in case it doesn't show up.
