Best Buy Elecronic Card

Does anyone know if BB has any rhyme or reason when they put electronic cards on sale? Recently they have had 100.00 for 90.00 and 50.00 for 45.00!!! I need more. TIA

The last two months it was near the end of the month. Jan had the $50 for $45 and Feb had the $100 for $90, not sure was happened before that but I don't remember them offering any deal in Dec, but maybe I missed it.
