Best Buildings at Grand Beach Resort ???

We are doing an RCI swap and have reserved a 3 bedroom unit at G.B. for President's Week. I heard there are "Phase I" and "Phase II" buildings, or something like that? If I have a choice, can someone tell me a building and unit number that might overlook Lake Bryan ????
