Any recommendations for budget restaurants that would fill the bellies of teenage boys? We like Earl of Sandwich, but are trying to find a variety of places to go on our next trip. Thanks!

My family really enjoyed Trail's End at Fort Wilderness. It's an all you can eat buffet that cost around $22 per person.

Budget restaurants and Disney is an oxymoron. Dining at Disney is expensive. ARe you looking for TS or is CS okay?
Cosmic Rays in the MK, a CS, has a great chicken and ribs combo that is huge.
Wolgang Puck Express at DTD is a great value on meals for a CS credit
50's Prime Time Cafe in DHS has huge portions of comfort food.
Via Napoli in Epcot can be a good value if you share their large pizza's.
Good Luck

No, budget restaurants and teenage boys is the oxymoron Talk about bottomless pits....

#1 best choice is the new lunch buffet at Pepper Market at CSR. Full buffet choices for CS costs. #2 is Biergarten in Epcot, again at lunchtime: nearly the same food as dinner but a lot lower price. #3 is probably the dinner buffet at Trails End.

Buffets are good, as well as the all you can eat skillets at Whispering Canyon. My ds likes those chicken and ribs combos at counter service places.

If you're not on the dining plan, it's less expensive to forgo dessert in the restaurant and to grab a snack a little later in the park. You can also carry in your own snacks, maybe some energy bars, an apple, a small bag of pretzels, etc. I always keep snacks in our room.

Oh i agree with these choices, the portions at 50's in particular is pretty MASSIVE! The fried chicken platter gives you 4 pieces of chicken! Wolfgang puck express (marketplace) is INCREDIBLE for a QS. Their food is actually better than a lot of TS i've been to. Great value for QS credit.

I agree 150% with this. At the Pepper Market in Coronado, their buffet is only $16.99 for adults 10 yrs and older, on the Dining Plan its 1 QS credit. Amazing deal considering its a buffet!! FYI, they have a buffet for breakfast and lunch only. Not dinner.

Great info...so far...keep them coming!
I'm taking notes, but have 9 days of vacation to fill their bellies!
Thanks again!

Although it is no longer one of my favorite places to eat, I would still suggest ESPN for teen boys if they are at all into sports. Big portions, fun atmosphere.

My teenage boys also loved Garden Grill and got VERY full there. Beaches & Cream is pretty reasonable and portions are quite large. I'll suggest a "don't go" also, that definitely does not meet your criteria, although the food is good...Teppan Edo is very expensive and not very large portions. Both of my teenage boys left there feeling hungry and it was our most expensive meal...
