Which restaurant has the best brunch?

We'll probably be there for Mother's Day...

Something nice and somewhat elegant and upscale, etc. We'll have my niece with us, but the less kids the better...

I know that's hard to find at WDW! I just want to take my mother somewhere nice for brunch and dinner. Dinner may be offsite somewhere.
