Best Brunch at Disney Springs?

Our first kidless trip to Disney so I'm thinking brunch will be awesome for arrival day since we land at 8:20. What's the best brunch in Disney Springs? Or even Orlando?

If you are arriving on a Sunday I would recommend Gospel Brunch at House of Blues. My wife and I went on our last kidless trip and really enjoyed it.

This is on our list for May! We're also planning another dinner at Wine Bar George during that trip as well. We have some family coming with us and they've never been to WBG and are excited to go after hearing us rave about it, lol!
