Best Breakfast?

What restaurant do you guys think has the best breakfast out of all the resort restaurants? We're trying to add another breakfast to our week, but are sumped at where to go! HELP!!

I don't know if you have an ADR for 1900 Park Fare, but IMO it has the best breakfast.

We love FRESH at the Dolphin, a "must-do" every trip! They also have brunch on Sundays.

Trails End at Fort Wilderness has a great breakfast buffet. We went last August at 7:30 a.m. and had the buffet to ourselves. YUM

Chef Mickeys was great. Everybody got what they wanted. Big selection, and gerat characters, what more could you ask for.

Chef Ryan (a woman) is very sensitive to special dietary needs and can accomodate everyone. In fact, everything I named from Vegan to Gluten Free to Diabetic, she said, "No Problem", However, if you want me to be more creative call 24 hours in advance."

Wow! Thanks guys! So many options to choose from.

On our first free day I was thinking of Kona cafe, but do you think a character breakfast would be better? FRESH looks really good too, but my stomach seems to lean to Tonga Toast (which I have not tried yet).

Also, I'm eating at Boma for dinner the night we arrive, would it be worth it to have a breakfast there as well? Thanks!!

Well since I have stayed at POR for the past couple of trips I have gone to Boatrights for breakfast and its pretty darn good. Good southern food...the perfect thing to wake you up and get you ready to go!

Also, I love the Tonga Toast at Kona! Something worth going to and trying. You will be glad you did!!

DH & I enjoy the Pepper Market breakfast selections at CSR. Beware: Portions are huge and easily sharable for two

I have to agree with others who said Kona! It's a great place to eat and they have so much more than just Tonga toast, which is my favorite, BTW!

If it was ALL pineapple bread, I'd say Ohana - they do have some great Character Interaction But the breakfast is standard fare and nothing spectacular. Eggs were a little runny, the kids liked the never-ending bacon and mickey waffles - the potatoes hadn't been washed (gritty/dirt in the skins).

But the food is Kona Cafe - hands down. Get the kona press pot and the juice blend (don't remember specifics) - found it - lilikoi. YUM. I got Tonga Toast and have tried to replicate it at home, repeatedly. Just not the same DH got the macadamia pancakes and LOVED them. Loved. He didn't stop talking about them . I was surprised by the atmosphere here - it is such a tiny little dining area. But it was a good experience and the service was wonderful as well.
