The Crystal Palace with Pooh was a big winner for my kids when they were that age. They loved Pooh, and didn't care about princesses or Mickey and the gang. Plus, it's a buffet, which always works well for little ones.
I would recommend asking for the latest breakfast time, which I believe is about 10:30. If you plan to be at the Park at rope drop, which in my opinion is a must, then 2 year-olds are ready for a break at about 10:30. You'll be ready for a break around then, also. After your meal, you'll be able to hit the rides while everyone else is getting lunch.
Plus, the restaurant really clears out, and you get a lot more character interaction. When we did this, each of the characters circled the room at least three times while we ate, and there was no line for the non-rotating character (Piglet, the last time we were there).
