Hi all! What would you consider to be the best table service, breakfast restaraunts within walking distance of the Beach Club Resort? By walking distance, lets say, within 20-25 minutes.

We'll be there in early February. I've never been a big breakfast person myself, but my wife likes good breakfast on vacation because we rarely have time for it during normal, non-vacation life. :yay:

Oh yeah, we're on the deluxe dining plan, so we prefer to use dining plan points for breakfast too.

Any suggestions?

Thanks all!

Not being a big breakfast eater myself, I have to tell you that Kouzzina serves an excellent breakfast that goes beyond pancakes, eggs, and bacon (although you can get that if you want). We ate there 2X last trip and will do it again this February!

In Epcot, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (with princesses) breakfast in Norway pavillion.
Or, coffee and pastries from the bakery in France.

The Beach Club area has a lot of good breakfast choices. My favorites are:
The Captain's Grille in the Yacht Club has a wonderful buffet breakfast.
I love the one in The Dolphin called "Fresh Mediterranian Deli", and that is also a buffet. There's yet another good buffet place in The SWan called the "Garden Grove". This is all in addition to the buffet place right there at The Beach Club. This is yet another reason why I love to stay in that general area.
All four of these places are within 10 minutes walking distance from each other.

We'll also be at BC in early February and we typically buy breakfast items from BC Marketplace on our first night and eat quick breakfasts in our room. But for our next trip, we made a few breakfast ADRs because my husband and at least one of our three boys appreciate a little more for breakfast sometimes.

So for TS breakfasts, as the previous poster mentioned, Cape May is right in the BC lobby and has a good character breakfast buffet. Another option is the Captain's Grill in the YC - you can order ala carte or buffet there.

We also scheduled breakfast ADRs in or near a park we plan to visit - so Ohana breakfast (which we really enjoyed last week when we stayed at the Poly!) on an MK day and Tusker House on an AK day.

We really like the breakfast at Cape May. It's a character meal but it's really not too hectic and the food is good.

The Breakfast Buffet at Cape May Cafe is my all-time favorite breakfast, and my top pick of any character meal as well. The food has always been fresh, the service good and the character interaction also very good. Best of all, it isn't noisy and chaotic. I wouldn't go so far to call it subdued but it is definitely very calm.

It is the only restaurant we make sure to go to every single trip.

Another vote for Kouzzina breakfast. Pancakes and waffles are excellent!!

The restaurants at the Swan & Dolphin mentioned by a PP are not on the DDP, so you would not be able to use credits there.
Have you made ADR's (Advanced Dining Reservations) yet? I see you are leaving soon, and you may find there is extremelly limited availablitiy to use your DxDDP credits if you have not.
Good Luck

For Kouzzina......had 2 unplanned breakfasts there in October. Both were excellent and service was great.:thumbsup2

I agree 100%!! We have made Cape May a trip tradition - we eat here each year on our check out day.
