best breakfast in resorts

daughter is going on pirate cruise at cbr. she can't wait. we have 2 hours to kill want a good breakfast and have time to look around hotel for a minute. debating between spoodles and grand floridian cafe. but open to any suggestions. will their be enough time to go to grand floridian and eat and get by in the 2 hour alotment. should i do buffet like whispering canyon too many choices. and shutters is not open for breakfast.

The Grand Floridan Cafe is an excellant Choice for breakfast. I like this place. Food is good,service is excellent. I try and eat here at least once every trip. A nice walk along the beach. As for time that depends on how soon you can get a bus to DTD and transfer to another bus for GF. If you are driving then no problem at all. You could also take a taxi to GF.

How about Kona Cafe at the Polynesian? People are always raving about this place for breakfast! I guess it is also one of the best cups of coffee you can get in WDW! They also have a very popular dish (I forget the name) it is french toast stuffed with bananas. Most people rave about it; I thought it was a little too sweet for my liking!

We love Kona Cafe for breakfast, and the Polynesian is a beautiful resort. We always spend a little time just walking around the lobby and grounds.
