I am wondering what your favorite breakfast restaurant is at WDW. We loved Kona Cafe and can't say we really liked Chef Mickey's that much (atmosphere was great but the food was average at best). What other places should we try for breakfast??

Whispering Canyon Cafe has a great breakfast skillet!!! It's fun there also, we ate there last year for the first time and our waiter was a hoot!!!!

Also, I love the breakfast at Rainforest Cafe......hmmmmm tonga toast

Boma, hands down. Variety and selection and price! best on property!

If you have little ones, definitely try Ohana. The characters come out and dance around the restaurant collecting the kiddies as they go and give them musical instruments to play. The food is served family style and as much as you want. It is very good. If you do not care about the atmosphere so much, you must try the Sticky Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort. To die for!!!

:wizard: Crystal Palace has a great breakfast...love the atmosphere and characters too, but the food is really good.
Boma is also good, but I didn't think it was any better than Crystal Palace and it was kind of a pain to get to...

This is a great post, we love breakfast and though we stay off site, we try to do at least one character meal for breakfast at Disney. We enjoyed breakfast at the castle last time, but we felt a little rushed while there.

So, we are looking for a couple of different options for our next visit in August. Do you think CP is too young for my 7 and 5 y/o?

Boma is # 1 with us but we also love Chef Mickeys, Crystal Palace, Cape May and Kona breakfasts too. Ohana is great and Grand Floridian Cafe is wonderful too.

Kona Cafe! Tonga Toast and Macadmaia nut pancakes.

Only 45 more days to go.

Kckmom:

I don't think that CP is too young for your kids. When we went last June, we had kids aged: 4 yrs., 5.5 yrs., 7.5 yrs. & 9 yrs. Each of them had a great time & so did the 7 adults. Very fun atmosphere!

We love Boma, CP (Puffed French Toast :cloud9: ) and Donald's Safari Breakfast at TH...all are yummy!
