On our first evening at Disney (later this week) we aren't going to be going to the parks...just want to walk around either West side or DD. We've been to the Rainforest Cafe before and would like to try something new. We have 2 young children so nothing too far from the mainstream. We were considering Planet Hollywood until I just read all the negative comments on a previous post. Where would you recommend??

We (kids too) love Fulton's Crab house.

We ate a late lunch at House of Blues and enjoyed it. We plan on a return visit for a dinner. :)

My favorite DD spot is Portobello Yacht Club. BUt it isn't really a place for the kids--more of an adult type set-up.
House of Blues would be a nice restaurant to try--.

I just don't understand why there are all the negative comments about Planet Hollywood...We have been eating there since it opened and it has always been great...we have eaten there three times in the past couple of months. The new menu items are wonderful. I say, if you want to eat at Planet Hollywood, go for it.

We also love House of Blues, Portobello Yacht Club and Rainforest Cafe.

Enjoy!

My DD's always enjoy Bongos! They have typical children's meals and the entertainment is great(usually a latin band). By the way, I hated Planet Hollywood.
