Best bars on property (that are open)?

I'll be flying solo in WDW 1/11/21 - 1/15/21 with not much planned. Mostly just going to do a couple laps of festival of the arts and bar hopping myself into an early grave. Down to (responsibly) share drinks with my brethren.

Which on-property bars/lounges serve the best cocktails or have the best atmosphere in your opinion?

Crockets tavern is my favorite at the campground. It’s different with COVID but still they have good strong drinks in a great atmosphere. You can also order some decent apps from the bar as well.
