Have not been to Disney Springs at night since it opened and have heard there are a few interesting bars. We will be there next week and my wife and I are looking for a new quiet place to have a drink where we won't have to wait a long time for a seat. Normally we head over to Victoria Falls because by 9 pm it almost always has seating and it fairly intimate without a lot of noise. Wine bars are also a favorite, so we are not necessarily looking for a place that only serves liquor. TIA.

I think Jock Lindsay's often goes overlooked and i really liked the bar. It was quiet, well-themed, and they made good drinks.

Enzo's Hideaway was very cool. They have wine, mixed drinks and liquor. It was quiet by nature, but it was also only open for two weeks.

I like Jock Lindsay's Hangar Bar, we went for a date night....I wasn't looking for wine, so I don't remember their wine options. There is outdoor seating, which didn't seem excessively loud.

I like the theme of the food, drinks, and decor.

Another vote for Jock Lindsay's Hangar bar- a favorite of us. They have outside seating as well and can be great for people watching.

If you are up to going to a park-Nomad lounge in Animal Kingdom is my top place to hang out.

Also-isn't Wine Bar George supposed to open soon??

My husband still talks about Enzo's Hideaway, I had a great drink and we split the cheese plate and enjoyed a few different types of delicious bread.
I really liked our drinks at The Edison.
I didn't like our food at Homecomin' but my drink was very good and they had a lot of delicious sounding things on the menu.

I cannot wait for Wine Bar George, I just saw the menu yesterday and there are quite a few things that look good.

Another vote for Hangar Bar. We've been able to get a seat there every time we have visited, and always found it quiet and relaxing. Just the right atmosphere. Outside seating is usually plentiful as well, but we've opted to sit inside.

Did some bar hopping up there last summer when I essentially lived in one of the Hilton Hotels. Dockside bar is very nice as mentioned. I always hit up Forbidden Lounge at Morimoto for a cocktail and a snack. For great wine go grab a seat at STK bar. Loud but they have great wine selection.

I was wondering about this. Are weeknights easier than weekend nights?
Yeah, weeknights are definitely easier but can still be a challenge. Last time we were at Disney Springs we were able to get outside seats at the bar for 4 people around 6 pm on a weeknight but we had to wait a few minutes for folks to leave.

Wine Bar George is fantastic. I’ve not yet ventured off of the huge wine menu but I’ve been told that their cocoktails are also on point. It’s also well-lit, has a great atmosphere and a very knowledgeable staff.

Another vote for Jock Lindsey's. It's a must do for DH every trip. Its small, but we always manage to get a table and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We prefer to look inside because the theme is pretty cool and there's a ton of stuff to look at.

I guess I'm a contrarian on this...did not like the drinks at Jock Lindsey's at all. Very sugary, kool-aid type drinks. The bar at STK is, by far, the best in Disney Springs if you want real cocktails.

I am not a Hangar bar fan either. My list of favorite bars include the Dockside, the hole in the wall (when the sun is not bearing down), Raglan Road (wonderful wood bar) and a hidden gem that I found that the OP might want to consider is the Lava Lounge. It is down on the lower level by the water on the side of the Rainforest cafe. It is actually the quietest bar we have been in down at the Springs and you can carry on a conversation, be right on the water, and also get some of RF's big appetizers as well. Also, if you want a stellar view the Paddlefish has a bar on each deck with comfortable chairs. Top deck is gorgeous at sunset!

I like the bar at the Boathouse. I went to Jock Lindsey's once and never knew it was Indiana Jones themed. Where is Victoria Falls?
