A poolside margarita while watching the fun games Cast Members play with my kids signals the start of vacation for me. Topped only by a stop at La Cava del Tequila in Epcot.
The consensus I'm getting from everyone is the best is La Cava del Tequila, but sounds like I'll just be doing extra drinking in October and trying everything I haven't yet. I'm thinking I'll post each one I try while I'm there.

You didn't say your trip is in October. Your adult beverage options at the Food & Wine Festival in Epcot are even greater.
The F&WF Mexico kiosk had my favorite drink (jalapeño margarita) in 2016. Fingers and toes crossed that it is offered again at the kiosk in 2017 so the sampler coupon is valid for buying it.
I loved the Spicy Watermelon Margarita at TL and the Conjurita at AbracadaBAR this past December. I also love the Captain's Mai Tai. Looking forward to trying La Cava in Mexico on our October trip.
While you can bring in children but it's pretty much an adults only bar. Nothing to keep them entertained. Very intimate with not a lot of seating. I didn't see any menu while I was there both times in December. I did read that popcorn is the only food item available so emphasis is on drinks pretty much. I believe there is seating outside so you can order a drink and sit out there. I've seen a lot of people having pre and after dinner drinks in addition to me that is!

I was about to say the same thing when I saw their trip is in October. Food and Wine ramps up the drink option 10 fold at Epcot. Last year, my favorites were Pineapple Dole Whip with Bacardi Rum, Pineapple Margarita, King Fu Punch, and Cigar City Homemade Apple Pie Hard Cider.
They now pre make the drinks in huge batches, serve in tiny glasses and have turned it into a conveyor belt. Waste of money last time I was there, I won't be back!
If you're visiting during the Food and Wine festival, for the past several years, the rum Dole Whip has been available at one of the Epcot food booths. Last year, it was at Refreshment Port.
