Best AB buildings at POR?

From looking at the map, it looks like the best Alligator Bayou buildings are 14 and 15. Any thoughts?

We are currently booked at POFQ, but just found out a family of 5 is joining us and they need POR. Any suggestions for room locations in the AB section? We need non smoking, so are there any buildings I should avoid requesting?

Request 14 or 15 but just keep in mind it is only a request and therefore might not be granted. Buildings 38 and 18 are smoking buildings according to the resort map in my PassPorter.
