If you want to eat breakfast at DLRP in a full service restaurant, what options do you have besides Café Mickey’s?

None - for breakfast its Cafe Mickey or your own hotel.

There were (and I believe they are still going) Good Morning Fantasyland breakfasts, which you are eligible for (subject to availability) if you are staying at most of the Disney onsite hotel. This is taken in the main Disneyland Park, usually in Fantasyland. But its not table service - its a buffet breakfast similar to the ones in the Santa Fe, Cheyenne and Sequoia Lodget hotels.
